Refund Policy
Due to the live and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We take great care in growing and selecting healthy apple scions, potted fruit trees, evergreens, and nursery stock.
If your order arrives damaged (for shipped items), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
Pickup orders must be inspected at time of pickup. Once plants leave the farm, we cannot guarantee survival due to weather, planting conditions, or care practices beyond our control.
Seasonal items such as cut flower subscriptions, homemade goods, and baked products are non-refundable.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
